A life on two wheels is quite the ride for this lady who fell for the smell of gasoline. She challenges herself on the most demanding of tracks such as the Isle of Man, British and Czech road racing tracks being her second home. She has earned the right to be known as a “Road Racing Queen”
Nearly 20 years on track, among the most prolific of racers, has developed a steely character. Courage, dedication, energy, and focus form its core but lie alongside a warm, friendly and open heart. This motorsport field, in which she decided to live, encompasses all aspects of her life both personal and professional.

Veronika always knew that riding in a PSí suit would be a matter of course. The design of her leathers was influenced by her relationship with another prolific road racer, Michal „Indi“ Dokoupil. Elements from Native American Indian culture, as good luck talismans playing a central role on their suits.

In 2022 a design revolution for Veronika also occurred when she established the all-girl “Wonder Woman Racing Team”, comprised of women with the same shared focus. As Veronika said at the time „We don’t need to prove that girls belong in motorsport, because that is the way it actually is “.

The ‘pop-art’ themed suits brought a real change from the daily norm for one PSí designer. The usual race season is all about standard items, where the graphics of sponsor logos determine the major design influence on the suit. So it was that one day “the shackles were taken off” and our graphic designer, Lenka V, had free rein to do something totally new. She went completely away from the realms of anything automotive and found her inspiration in the realm of Pop-Art.

The resulting product certainly raised people’s reactions. WOW, very positive emotions! For quite a while the suit was placed on display in the graphic studio of the PSí production plant, where it was especially admired by visitors on one of our organised excusrions.

This popular suit pays tribute to successful women, including references to icons such as Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn and Princess Diana. The combination of Pop-Art and the Wonder Women Racing Team was an inspired choice.
After graphic design just a few steps remained to finally realise the actual suit. The first was to approve the design concept, and the production process to begin. Measurements were taken, placing of sponsor logos finalised, the cut layout prepared, graphics printed, suit assembly including the addition of protectors, leather impregnation and final check.

Tested, delivered and now we wish all the best for the season as the suits are presented at the tracks of the Czech championship, Dafit Agency races and all other activities where the team participates.

SUPER HEROINES … that’s what they are, the girls of the Wonder Women Racing Team. In their race suits they are certainly eye catching and shall be a popular addition to many photo-galleries of spectators and race fans. Pop-art is simply unmissable, and let’s be honest how many such designs have been seen around our race tracks? In addition we, at PSí, focus on all the details and tune the designs extending them from the suit to other related products such as chest protectors, gloves and functional underwear!
